My order

Goods that you put in your basket are not reserved for you and they are still available to other customers in the meantime until you approve and pay your order. If you experience problems with ordering an item in your basket, then it may be that the item is already sold out.

Unfortunately, we cannot make any changes to your order, if you do not call us immediately. We therefore recommend that you carefully review your details before you finish your payment.

Once you have placed an order, you should receive an order confirmation within minutes. If you have not received it, see if it has been removed to your spam filter. Although you have not received an order confirmation, it is possible that the order has been completed, so please contact us before placing a new order.

We aim to process and send your order as soon as possible and normally within 24-48 hours. In stock sale periods it can take a little longer. After your order has been packed and handed to the postman, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming the shipment. Please note that we only process orders Monday to Friday. If you order between Friday and Sunday, we will ship your order Monday after. If you placed an order on a Danish holiday, then your order will be processed after the holiday, and the office will be closed.

When receiving your package, you also receive a note about how to return your package. The adress is described on the paper, and there is also a form you have to fill out before returning.

It is not possible to exchange to another product, but you can change it to a different size.

Contact our customer service as quickly as possible, if you wrote an incorrect name or adress when finishing up your order, so that we can help you make it correct.

With claims on your product, we will pay the return. Please email us with further informations/pictures about the claim, before sending it back. According to the Buyer Act (købeloven), you have the right to claim the product 2 years after receiving the product.


  • VISA

At checkout you have the opportunity to press “Apply coupon code”. When you click “apply” or “enter”, the discount will automatically be added to your order. The discount code can only be used one time per person. Unfortunately, we cannot give out a new discount code to the situation that the original order is returned to us. If you have any questions or experience discount code problems, please contact us.


When we receive your return, we will refund your order as quickly as possible. The money will be back at the card you used within 5-7 days.


We do not have a flagship store, but we do own a multibrand store called “STORE51”, where they sell our clothing.

When signing up to our newsletter, you receive a coupon code in your mail. Remember to check your spam filter, in case it has been placed in that folder.

The log in section is only to be used by B2B customers or if you have already made an order once before. We therefore can’t register you before you’ve placed an order.

We have a general size guide on our webshop. So remember to read about the product if you are in doubt. We normally write “normal in size”, if it fits in the right size. If you are still in doubt, you can always call us to hear about the product. We are here to answer your question!

You can always use our search function in the right top corner. If it doesn’t show up it may be sold out. You are always welcome to call us, so we can find a store near you, where they may still have the item you are looking for.
