The amount for your order will not be charged until your order has been shipped. Payment will be debited and deared from your account, on dispatch of the goods. We secure all information with iThemes Security.
You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order. On rare occasions an item can be out of stock. We cannot guarantee that all available products at our webshop is in stock, when your order is processed. In case of lack of storage or misleading information that affects your order, you will be informed by email.

Prices and Deliverycharges
All prices on the webshop are shown in DKK and EURO?. All prices include danish VAT of 25% on orders to Europe. Prices do not include delivery charge. Our shipping prices is shown under the page Shipping.
Orders are not shipped on weekends and holidays. At busy periods usually around Stock Sale, we will do our best to dispatch your order, but delays will occur. We take the liberty of sold out goods and delayed delivery time from oursuppliers and cannot be held liable for any delays with the shipping company or local customs.
As a customer you have the right to return items with manufacturing defect. Items will be accepted if the goods aresold and delivered with defects that appears, within a period of 2 years. The defect items must be due to material or manufacturing defects.

Cancellations and Returns
We accept returns, but no later than 14 days from the day of the receipt. Returns are at your own expense. You canread more about returns here.
